Christine, you’re old. You’re 25. You are
married with 2 children. You’re a grown-up in charge of a huge enterprise
concerning dozens of families, and you are making a difference in the world.
You have been through so much, accomplished so much, faced so much, and done so
much. You have filled your 25 years to the brim like a responsible, competent,
and exceptional adult.
BUT…

Christine, you’re just a kid. You are a
goofy young girl chilling on the bleachers in the gym with a cow on your
binder. You are a bundle of giggles on the bus travelling to a choir festival.
You are a sleepover queen with snacks at the ready and classic musicals in the
DVD player. You are a stealthy TPing master, leaving Clovis, CA in a wake of
white willowy wispy toilet paper. You are a wild child running around
Disneyland trying to fit in as much as possible in a few hours’ time. You are
just as bubbly, fresh and full of happiness as ever.
AND…
Christine, you’re timeless. What you have
meant to so many people, and continue to mean to an ever-growing list of ones
who love you, will never fade away. It cannot. Your spirit knows no limits, not
even those of time or space. All around the world there are friends and family
members who have been forever changed by your light in their lives, and that
will never age or fade away (no matter how far we are or how long it’s been
since we last saw each other!).
I hope you enjoy celebrating a quarter
century of finding and making wonder in this world, and know how much the world
has been blessed by having you in it.
Happy birthday, and SO MUCH LOVE! –Caitlin
p.s. Give your wonderful husband mad props for
this most adorable and sweetest birthday idea!!!!
