Happy 25th!

Oh, Christine, where shall I begin?
I've have been trying to think of some of my favorite memories for the past few weeks, and, oh boy, did I come up with some good ones.

One of my favorite memories was when you surprised me for my 18th birthday by coming all the way to Chicago!! I'm so glad that even when we lived across the country from each other that we stayed such good friends.

Then I came to college and we had the best apartment ever.  It's crazy to think that now all of us are married and on our way to having big families!

I remember how excited and happy you were to find the man of your dreams, and I am so happy that I was able to be there for your wedding.
Shortly after that, I found my Mr. Wonderful, and it was so special to have you there supporting us on our special day.

But mostly, I just love the memories of hanging out, doing any crazy thing,  and talking about everything going on in our lives.
Remember that one sleep-over when we made a batch of brownie batter and tried to eat it all raw? Haha! Such a bad idea!

OK, here comes the sappy stuff, get the tissues ready:
Christine, you have been such a good friend to me, just like you have been to all these people.  I have loved getting to know your wonderful husband and your beautiful boys. You are an amazing wife and mother. You are such a strong, happy, loving person.  I admire the hard things you do and the graceful manner in which you do them.  You are an example of faith and charity.  I am so glad we can stay such good friends, even when we only see each other once a year.  I love you and I hope you can feel of all the love of your friends and family around the nation!

Happy 25th Birthday, Mary Christine Smith!
